Evergreen Surveying is a small company with under 10 employees. We are focused on strong ethics, superior customer service, efficient completion and delivery of projects, and up to date knowledge. Having been located in Evergreen for more than 60 years, our company is well known throughout the area for our extensive knowledge of current and past land history. Bob Feroldi PLS and his staff also have a vast amount of knowledge and resources relating to local land issues and current county regulations.

During the past 60 years of business our company has built up more than 9000 records consisting of our own and those from Robert Gallaher, James Beall, Art Bechart and William Keck.
